For the Side-Characters, in most occasions, you'll be able to keep them to yourself, but there are some Side-Characters in which this won't be possible, but those are few exceptions and only with some specific characters. These scenes will be skippable at least.

Unfortunately, the side characters will remain as side-characters, but I do plan on including them into events and not just keeping them as background characters. Such as the participation that Yoko, Rina and Suzu have had thus far.
I usually avoid NTR or Swinging/Sharing games, especially if there's a Romance tag attached as well. I decided to give it a chance after seeing that it's optional for the exception of the side characters. Even then, I was surprised to see that you still get some choice about some of that as well, or at least there was a choice for one instance of it (Maybe there's more that I missed or am forgetting). Not to say that you'll always get the choice but there does look to be choices some of the time.
It's still early on so there isn't that much there at the moment, but what is there is pretty decent and well written! I think if you liked The Headmaster, or Dropout saga you'll probably like this.
I will say, I'm glad when Emiko was re-introduced she became a Main Target and not a side character. Although we haven't seen much of her yet but I probably would've hated if she was re-introduced as a side character.

I noticed that characters have a ntr variable. Does that mean in the future said characters won't be won over by others if the player wins them over first? Assuming there are even plans to let the player influence that in the first place. Not a big deal either way but I seen it and became rather curious
1 - I hesitate to call this game a 'harem' , because the unspoken rule of this genre is that ALL of the girls present in the game would belong only to the MC. While you can keep all of the main girls to yourself, the side character's purpose are not to be Love Interests for the MC.
2 - There is a gallery planned, the persistent code is already added, so it'll be save compatible.
3 - That individual variable is there so that the player can choose to share some of the girls instead of all of them. Another thing to note is that the MC won't ever 'lose the girls' to someone, it's not Netorare, the sharing is a tool the MC can use to corrupt the girls. (the variable is called ntr because it's a simple and easy to remember name :P). Also, there is a general 'sharing' variable, that if the player refuses, it would turn that content off and hide these options so that the player wouldn't see them anymore.
I agree about Emiko becoming a Main Target and hope she stays more as one of the main girls for the MC. Like in the prologue, the MC and Emiko really like each other and it would've be ashamed if she becomes a side character.
Was liking it until the Haruka office scene. imo you should have a way to refuse her there once she kisses you, there should be a path where you refuse to see a girl you don't like as a valid human/emotional/sexual partner and just corrupt her by putting her in degrading situations involving others.
Despite saying through her one would have a choice to refuse, none's given, and MC just lets the situation escalate and get out of hand when at many points I'd have stopped it. I kinda wanted to go for a "looks proper to the students, and does the shady stuff behind their backs, them being none the wiser to his true nature" run, sad it's not an option.
You actually can manage not to get that scene, all you have to do is not give her a strike after the first gym event.
I try to give the player as many options as I can, and there are a lot of ways to control the scenes to your liking, but sometimes, it'd just make the scope of the game way too big for a 1-person dev project if every playstyle were to be adopted. And concerning Haruka, she is one of the main targets of the Academy, so inevitably, there will be a point in which the player will get close to her, especially because she can be quite assertive, so if one of the main girls is a turnoff, there's not much I can do...
And the MC in that scene does appear a little too passive, but that was also intended, as he is supposed to be caught 'off-guard' and surprised by Haruka. Later on, he starts to 'get it' and realize how much power he has inside the Academy.
For the few, or a lot of people who hate NTR, do not rate, nor play this game.
I played the game, just to see why so many would whine/hate about it, and I never ran into one, NTR scene. Sure I may have just chose different choices, or maybe it's not implemented yet.
If you're one who doesn't like NTR, then just don't play games w/ the tag, don't comment, nor rate. Games with the tag "NTR" are for those people who like it.
I don't know why so many shame others for just having a fantasy/kink/fetish... It's like anime (since most who play VN's like it), you like anime, and people who don't sometimes hate on it in-front of your face, and you either sit there, or try to explain to them it's not bad... It's the same for fantasies, kinks, and fetishes.
I think every VN creator who implements NTR would have their games viewership sky rocket, okay, maybe not SKY ROCKET... but still. Just make it optional at the start of the game, so both parties can be happy.
As for the creator, keep going on creating this game if it makes you feel happy, or as if it's your passion to create these games.

Yes, Swinging will be optional with the main girls. Some of the side characters will still have some scene which some people may consider NTR, like the one in the prologue, but you'll always have the choice not to watch them.

The male students aren't corruption targets, so it doesn't make much sense for them to have it.

MC can have multiple girls and other guys can fuck the girls as well, it all depends on how you play it.

Take off the Romance tag and replace it with NTR. This games awful if you are looking for that.
