OVERVIEW
Academy: Live! Is an adult visual novel that follows the story of the protagonist as he assumes the role of the Principal of the mysterious ReLive Academy. At first glance, it would seem that the place would be a regular teaching institute, however, it hides a secret underneath. The place is filled with hidden cameras and recording devices, to witness the everyday life that occurs in the academy, and the mysterious 'Board of Directors' expect that the new Academy Principal would use his newfound position to corrupt the students and make them expose themselves to these Live Broadcasts.
Will the Principal use his position to satisfy the ever controlling Board, or will he get too close to the girls and choose another approach?

MAIN TARGETS
The Board of Directors have a special interest in some special students and considers them the main targets of the project.
These students are:
Ayumi. The daughter of a very powerful and rich family, the elegant and genius Ayumi graces ReLive Academy with her presence. Her mysterious and cold behavior also hides a troubled past.
Haruka. A once famous internet celebrity. She will be very popular among the viewers of the Academy and she can also have a polarizing personality.
Maiya. The charming and always fashionable, Maiya, or Mai as she's often called. Being near the center of attention within the Academy social groups, Maiya attracts many eyes towards her due to her distinguished fashion and style.
Emiko. Pure and sweet and with an already established close and intimate relationship with the Protagonist. She is sure to attract the Board's attention when it comes to what the Principal is willing to do and how he can develop her through their 'Academic Program'.

Every character in this game would have to be mentally retarded in order to not see exactly what is happening in the school.
The incredibly weak writing kills what should be a fun corruption game.
Think I'm kidding? Here's an example:
On Day 2 the MC can choose to punish Rina, Ayumi, or both. If he chooses both, he can then let Ayumi choose Rina's punishment. Then, when Ayumi is asking what she should use to conduct the punishment, the MC's phone rings and he says out loud, "in the left hand drawer of my desk?"
He is literally 6 inches from both of the girls. Then, he walks over to the desk, reaches into one of the drawers on the left side of the desk, and pulls out a perfect instrument with which Ayumi can conduct her punishment.
How can either of the girls be in the room for those events to play out, listen half of the phone conversation, watch how that phone conversation plays out after the fact, but NOT realize that they are being monitored in real time?!?
I didn't punish both of them when I played but when you restrain yourself from going all out its alot more believable.
Of all the things that you could've nitpicked, this is definitely not one of them.
-Everyone knew the girls were going to be punished because MC came in their class and dragged them to his office.
-Spanking was already established as a common punishment practice.
-It's not a secret that there are cameras around the Academy. It is a secret that they're broadcasting it live.
-If the girls knew that MC's Assistant was somehow watching him and the girls at the office, they wouldn't think too much of it. It was literally MC's first day and she was guiding him a bit so he knows how to do his job.
And finally, there are consequences that will happen if you choose some of the more perverted options, and will cause some of the students to realize something's going on.
I normally don't respond to criticism, I usually try to learn from them, but I just think this one is not an issue.
Very sexy. I normally don't like games that don't have monster girl's our futanari but this is really good. I can't wait for more. I only ask that if you have to put in NTR that you keep it optional. Thank you.

It's just not planned content, no need to get upset. Whereas NTR is a tag that is planned content. The presence of one doesn't justify the absence of the other.
Futa is not a content that I enjoy, so it wouldn't make sense for me to include and write about something I don't understand fully. It would just end up feeling shoe-horned into the game.

Everyone has different preferences, and you cannot impose your own preferences on others. If the author has to consider everyone's opinions, the workload will be huge (for example, I hope the author can open a glory hole or pimp mode for every girl). Of course, you can use greater profits to encourage the author to add these contents. If the author does not agree, it means that you have not given enough. then 牛头人天下第一
hello the ntr can be avoided or it's that type that has the ntr but you choose whether you see the person with someone else or not
It can both be avoided and skipped.
With the Main Girls, you'll always be able to avoid and not have it happen entirely based on your decisions. With the Side Girls, most of the time, you'll also be able to avoid it, but some of the side-characters will only be skippable.
The current 0.05 update at tutorial keep crashing for some reason
Can you describe the crash you're getting? Does it show an error screen or does it just closes the window? And at what part of the tutorial. If you skip the tutorial, does it still crashes?
I'm not getting any crashes and haven't received any similar complaints.
Where Kiyomi explains the in game mechanics of top bar it did have a crash report but after rolling it back and ignoring it it just decided to crash quit the game
I just re-entered the game and the crash seems to be gone at least for now

It's not something that's currently planned. Maybe only as part of an end-game scene.

How am I supposed to get the other random girls events? I can't seem to find a way no matter how many different routes I try it only affects ayumi and haruka but emiko and the secondary characters I cant seem to find a way around
Emiko's first replay is the one in the intro, it might not be save-game compatible so you'll need to replay the intro real quick to get it.
As for the secondary characters, which ones are you not being able to get? One that's easily missable is Suzu's events, which you'll need to interact with the baseball bat at the office to start her events. She has two different replayable events based on which route you take.

Glad it's not one of those "trainer sims" that have you waste 15 minutes clicking inbetween menus to see a single scene for a single girl that lots 3D adult games on this site end up being. Yoko best girl, it's always the quiet ones you gotta look out for. Nice that most choices can actually lead to interesting scenes and you can avoid shit you don't want to see. I don't care what the Board says, I'm not watching more of the poet reject and I appreciate the choice
Game was super fun, I especially that we can choose to go rough with Haruka, only real thing I'm hoping gets changed is that in future (and potentially existing) footjob scenes we get the option to finish on the feet.

The male students aren't corruption targets, so it doesn't make much sense for them to have it.

It's just something that wasn't planned to be in the game, and adding it now would be like shoehorning content. Plus, I wouldn't even know how to begin writing about it :P
For the NTR, is it other guys fucking the girls? or other girls fucking the mc?
MC can have multiple girls and other guys can fuck the girls as well, it all depends on how you play it.
Is there a way for it to just be mc with other girls and not other guys with mc's girls? Or is it unavoidable
The MC can have all the Main Girls to himself.
For the Side-Characters, in most occasions, you'll be able to keep them to yourself, but there are some Side-Characters in which this won't be possible, but those are few exceptions and only with some specific characters. These scenes will be skippable at least.

Great game so far, do have to say it's a shame Yuna is a side character. Is it possible that some side characters may be able to "evolve" into main characters in the future?

Unfortunately, the side characters will remain as side-characters, but I do plan on including them into events and not just keeping them as background characters. Such as the participation that Yoko, Rina and Suzu have had thus far.

Yes.
I usually avoid NTR or Swinging/Sharing games, especially if there's a Romance tag attached as well. I decided to give it a chance after seeing that it's optional for the exception of the side characters. Even then, I was surprised to see that you still get some choice about some of that as well, or at least there was a choice for one instance of it (Maybe there's more that I missed or am forgetting). Not to say that you'll always get the choice but there does look to be choices some of the time.
It's still early on so there isn't that much there at the moment, but what is there is pretty decent and well written! I think if you liked The Headmaster, or Dropout saga you'll probably like this.
I will say, I'm glad when Emiko was re-introduced she became a Main Target and not a side character. Although we haven't seen much of her yet but I probably would've hated if she was re-introduced as a side character.

As for your questions:
1 - I hesitate to call this game a 'harem' , because the unspoken rule of this genre is that ALL of the girls present in the game would belong only to the MC. While you can keep all of the main girls to yourself, the side character's purpose are not to be Love Interests for the MC.
2 - There is a gallery planned, the persistent code is already added, so it'll be save compatible.
3 - That individual variable is there so that the player can choose to share some of the girls instead of all of them. Another thing to note is that the MC won't ever 'lose the girls' to someone, it's not Netorare, the sharing is a tool the MC can use to corrupt the girls. (the variable is called ntr because it's a simple and easy to remember name :P). Also, there is a general 'sharing' variable, that if the player refuses, it would turn that content off and hide these options so that the player wouldn't see them anymore.
I agree about Emiko becoming a Main Target and hope she stays more as one of the main girls for the MC. Like in the prologue, the MC and Emiko really like each other and it would've be ashamed if she becomes a side character.

Was liking it until the Haruka office scene. imo you should have a way to refuse her there once she kisses you, there should be a path where you refuse to see a girl you don't like as a valid human/emotional/sexual partner and just corrupt her by putting her in degrading situations involving others.
Despite saying through her one would have a choice to refuse, none's given, and MC just lets the situation escalate and get out of hand when at many points I'd have stopped it. I kinda wanted to go for a "looks proper to the students, and does the shady stuff behind their backs, them being none the wiser to his true nature" run, sad it's not an option.
You actually can manage not to get that scene, all you have to do is not give her a strike after the first gym event.
I try to give the player as many options as I can, and there are a lot of ways to control the scenes to your liking, but sometimes, it'd just make the scope of the game way too big for a 1-person dev project if every playstyle were to be adopted. And concerning Haruka, she is one of the main targets of the Academy, so inevitably, there will be a point in which the player will get close to her, especially because she can be quite assertive, so if one of the main girls is a turnoff, there's not much I can do...
And the MC in that scene does appear a little too passive, but that was also intended, as he is supposed to be caught 'off-guard' and surprised by Haruka. Later on, he starts to 'get it' and realize how much power he has inside the Academy.

I'd first like to say that this game is very valuable because it explores a niche many other devs and games take distance - and are at times ouright pushed away - from. So you creating this game is such a boon to the community, and that should always be at the forefront of any appraisal of it, I feel.
When it comes to the scope of the game getting too big if too much is added, I understand how that's a concern for any developer, and that you are aware of that pitfall and trying to avoid it speaks well of you. However, that argument I think I'd accept more if I were saying "please create this C route!" - which maybe it looked like I was asking for, when I said I wanted to act as this "mask of propriety, scheming behind everyone's back MC".
But since you say there is a way to avoid getting that Haruka scene, that already means there are two states - "had sex with Haruka" and "didn't have sex with Haruka." Both are already in the game, and I'm not saying to create additional ones. What I'm saying is that, imo, the game would be best served by having another "state flip" inside of the office room. So what decides if you go down state A instead of B isn't just the "strike choice", but also this would be second "office choice", which imo is justified because on the strike choice it's not clear that striking Haruka would irrevocably lead you to get sexual with her. To me the sexual ramifications of the choice were not nearly telegraphed enough.
I understand that your resources, of time and motivation, are limited. So it's totally fine if for you this is a non-issue, or you see it and think, "he has a point, but it places really low on my list of priorities." Continuing the game's story should always be, I think, amongst a developer's highest priorities - no one likes endless remakes of the early game when the whole is nowhere near finished. But maybe note this down somewhere, and it can be something you add/change once you complete the game, and are looking back at the entirity of it for potential things to improve.
Again, this game is valuable to the AVN community as a whole, as is you developing it. That's the most important thing here, and I'm rooting for your success. Be sure to take of yourself first and foremost, so you can bring this game to completion, for it's needed.

For the few, or a lot of people who hate NTR, do not rate, nor play this game.
I played the game, just to see why so many would whine/hate about it, and I never ran into one, NTR scene. Sure I may have just chose different choices, or maybe it's not implemented yet.
If you're one who doesn't like NTR, then just don't play games w/ the tag, don't comment, nor rate. Games with the tag "NTR" are for those people who like it.
I don't know why so many shame others for just having a fantasy/kink/fetish... It's like anime (since most who play VN's like it), you like anime, and people who don't sometimes hate on it in-front of your face, and you either sit there, or try to explain to them it's not bad... It's the same for fantasies, kinks, and fetishes.
I think every VN creator who implements NTR would have their games viewership sky rocket, okay, maybe not SKY ROCKET... but still. Just make it optional at the start of the game, so both parties can be happy.
As for the creator, keep going on creating this game if it makes you feel happy, or as if it's your passion to create these games.

Yes, Swinging will be optional with the main girls. Some of the side characters will still have some scene which some people may consider NTR, like the one in the prologue, but you'll always have the choice not to watch them.
